Getting the Most out of a Stem Cell Treatment

Another basic stem cell rule is that stem cells (bone marrow, fat and umbilical) given repeatedly during a single 24 hour period by direct injection into the blood vessels that feed a target organ or tissue will produce better results than other treatment approaches.

Of course, treatment failures occur in every stem cell program. However, it appears the rates are highest in situations in which referring physicians do not check and treat the patient for heavy metals, gut dysbiosis (“leaky gut syndrome”), and chronic sinuses infections (50% of Dr. Steenblock’s ARMD patients have chronic sinusitis on CT scan with absolutely no symptoms.) In Dr. Steenblock’s experience patients will not get better when given stem cells without first getting rid of these occult (asymptomatic) infections.  In addition, any infection at all during the 3 weeks after a stem cell treatment will usually cause all of the good effects to disappear for good. There are exceptions, of course. Dr. Steenblock, in fact, had a 54 year old stroke patient get better for 2 weeks, then contract a cold and get worse for a week, got over this and then improved for 10 days, contracted yet another cold and got worse once more, and then surmounted this and began improving again. However, this is the first and only time Dr. Steenblock has ever seen the cells keep on working in the face of an active infection and most likely it was because the patient’s series of URIs (Upper Respiratory Infections) were quite mild. Regardless, Dr. Steenblock cautions all stem cell patients to stay away from crowds and people with infections especially colds for at least one week before and for three weeks after the administration of the stem cells. He further advises them to wear a surgical mask traveling to and from their stem cell treating facility including his.
