Recently CAM & adult (nonembryonic) stem cell treatment expert Dr. David Steenblock summarized his innovative spin on treating Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) aka “Lou Gehrig’s disease”. Here is the gist of it:
Dr. Steenblock specifically recommends ALS patients have a CDSA (comprehensive stool test) from Doctor’s Data, a quantitative urine organic analysis from the Great Plains Lab, and a heavy metal challenge test using DMSA with a 6 hour urine sample collection that is then sent to Doctor’s Data.
3) Look for spinal nerve impingement and degenerative joint disease (Some doctors have found unmistakable spinal damage in the very areas where ALS is most active in destroying motor neurons)
4) Explore where prions have been acquired orally. Dr. Steenblock admits this is harder to zero in on but he feels the majority of ALS patients do have prions at work up and down their spines.
Treatment consists of:
a) Treatment of pathogenic bacteria & yeast and chelation therapy for disclosed toxic levels of heavy metals
b) Treatment of any inflammation of the spinal nerve area which often consists of direct injections of stem cell-rich bone marrow aspirate (concentrate) into the affected spinal areas
c) Intravenous administration of stem cell-rich bone marrow aspirate
d) Ketogenic diet (Avoid all sugars since hypoglycemia from eating sugars causes the compressed spinal nerve to generate more Tumor necrosis factor-alpha)
